Information for foreign customers

Delivery of goods

We ship smaller parcels (up to  20-30kg, depending on destination country) by post.
If it is possible, some larger goods (over 20-30kg) are divided to more smaller parcels. In case of impartible goods is there a possibility of pick-up at our company address after agreement, or we can deliver the goods directly to the customer by some parcel service or our delivery service. 
Delivery cost are calculated at destination country and weight of the parcel.
As a place of performance is considered the main office of seller. All delivery services are provided as a separate service to facilitation of deliver of the goods to the customer. So all after-sales services are necessary to consider like the customer used pick-up by oneself.

Payment

We will raise an proforma invoice in case of delivery the goods to foreign country. There is added a 5 EUR fee due to bank transfer charges. When the payment is done, we dispatch the goods immediately. 

There is a possibility to pay cash in case of usage of our delivery service.

Prices

All prices are mentioned in CZK. Other currencies are informative only and the final price in EUR or other currency depends on actual bank exchange rate.
